The island state of Hawaii is amongst the most beautiful states in America. It comprises 8 islands: Hawaii, Maui, O'ahu, Kaua'i, Moloka'i, Lāna'i, Niʻihau and Kahoʻolawe. There are more than 100 famous beaches in Hawaii, which attract scores of tourists all year round. Because of its geographic location, the state has major North American and Asian influences. Apart from tourists, it also is a hotspot for marine biologists, scientists and researchers alike, thanks to its abundant and varied wildlife and natural features.
